We are looking at very serious initiatives on the HNI front and have tied up with Yesbank on this regard, to start with. 10 HNIs from Yesbank will be there at this edition proto.in to understand this investment space.

Lot of new entrepreneurs are naive enough to read and believe what VC’s say in their interviews. It’s only when they start doing the rounds do they realize that in India
1) Even for seed funding you will be asked if you have customers,
2) Many don’t know the conditions that come along with the term sheets,
3) VC’s talk to each other and are well connected,
4) How much energy and time is to be invested in pursing a deal with VC’s is not know.
It’s better to apply for a credit line with your bank and start taking rest the old school style.
